CLUB/Resources on Call W2 Update
If you were a CLUB or Resources on Call Healthcare Professional from the dates of 1/1/2011 to 4/1/2011 you recently received an email letting you know you could now log in to see your W2. We are aware that if you are logging into the site provided you are unable to locate your W2. We are currently working on posting the W2s as soon as possible. You will also be receiving your hard copy of the W2 in the mail within 7 business days. Now Available - Annual benefit plan notices about your health insurance and 401(k) plans and information about Prescription drug coverage for those eligible for Medicare. Notices contain important information about your plan rights. Find these in the Benefits Section of TSC under 2012 Annual Plan Reports.
